Dev Diwali Kashi Ayodhya Tour Package from Bangalore

Welcome with the best hospitality of Vasantkamal tours
Dev Diwali kashi tour package from Bangalore with Ayodhya, is a spectacular once in a lifetime tour presented by vasantkamal tours for a handful of our lucky guests – Dev Diwali – that means “Diwali of the Gods,” is a grand Hindu festival celebrated exclusively in the city of Varanasi. It takes place 15 days after the main Diwali festival, on the full moon of the Hindu month of Kartik. In 2025, this spectacular event will be held on Wednesday, November 5, 2025.
  • The Festival of the Gods: This is a one-of-a-kind event where it is believed that the gods themselves descend to bathe in the Ganges. You will be a part of a divine gathering, an experience unlike any other.
  • A River of Light: The most iconic USP is the visual splendor of all the ghats glowing with millions of diyas. A serene boat ride offers the best panoramic view, with the reflection of the lamps creating a surreal “floating river of light.”
  • Spiritual Immersion: Beyond the lights, you can witness the deep faith and devotion of the locals. Participate in the Deep Daan (offering of lamps to the river) and feel the profound spiritual energy that permeates the city.
  • A Fusion of Tradition & Culture: The celebration is a rich tapestry of rituals, ancient chants, classical music, and dance. It’s an authentic cultural experience that connects you with India’s timeless heritage.
  • A Patriotic Tribute: Dev Diwali also honors martyrs, with special ceremonies and tributes at various ghats, adding a layer of respect and solemnity to the joyous occasion.
Come, be a part of this extraordinary festival and witness Varanasi in its most beautiful and divine form. Book your trip to Dev Diwali 2025 and let the light guide you.

4-Day Spiritual Itinerary: Bangalore to Varanasi & Ayodhya

Morning (Bangalore to Varanasi): Board a morning flight from Bengaluru (BLR) to Varanasi (VNS). Direct flights are available and typically take around 2.5 hours. Upon arrival at Lal Bahadur Shastri International Airport, check into your hotel.

Afternoon (Temple & City Tour): After settling in, begin your Varanasi experience with a visit to some of the city’s key temples.

  • Kashi Vishwanath Temple: The most revered of all, this temple is a central point of Hindu pilgrimage dedicated to Lord Shiva.
  • Durga Temple (Monkey Temple): Known for its red color and for being a haven for monkeys, this temple is dedicated to Goddess Durga.
  • Sankat Mochan Hanuman Temple: A famous temple dedicated to Lord Hanuman, believed to grant wishes and relieve distress.

Evening (Ganga Aarti): Head to Dashashwamedh Ghat for the world-renowned Ganga Aarti. This is a magnificent and captivating ritual where priests perform a synchronized ceremony with lamps, bells, and chants. Witnessing the evening aarti is a spiritual and visually stunning experience.

Morning (Subah-e-Banaras): Wake up early for the iconic “Subah-e-Banaras” experience. Take a serene boat ride on the Ganges River at sunrise. Witness the morning rituals of devotees taking a holy dip, offering prayers, and performing yoga along the ghats. This is a powerful and peaceful way to start your day.

Afternoon (Dev Diwali Preparations): The city will be buzzing with energy. Take a leisurely walk through the narrow lanes of old Varanasi. You can visit the local markets for traditional silks and handicrafts. Observe as the ghats are decorated with flowers and thousands of earthen lamps (diyas) in preparation for the evening’s festivities.

Evening (Highlight – Dev Diwali):

  • Experience: The most popular way to witness the event is by taking a private boat ride on the Ganges. From the river, you’ll have a panoramic view of all the 80+ ghats, which are illuminated with millions of diyas. The reflection of the lamps on the water creates a breathtaking and unforgettable sight.
  • Key Moments: The Pradosh Kaal Dev Deepawali Muhurat is between 5:15 PM to 7:50 PM. This is when the main lighting of the diyas takes place. After the lighting, enjoy the grand Ganga Aarti followed by cultural performances and a spectacular fireworks display over the river.

Morning (Varanasi to Ayodhya): After breakfast, check out from your hotel in Varanasi. Travel to Ayodhya, which is approximately a 4-5 hour drive by road. You can hire a private taxi for a comfortable journey.

Afternoon (Arrival in Ayodhya): Upon arrival, check into your hotel. After a brief rest, begin your Ayodhya exploration.

Late Afternoon (Ram Janmabhoomi Complex):

  • The highlight of your visit to Ayodhya is the magnificent Ram Janmabhoomi Temple, the birthplace of Lord Rama. This is a profound pilgrimage site for Hindus.
  • Experience: The new temple complex is a marvel of modern architecture and spiritual significance. Spend time in the temple, absorbing the serene and divine atmosphere.

Evening (Ayodhya Attractions): Continue your spiritual journey by visiting other key sites in Ayodhya.

  • Hanuman Garhi: A temple dedicated to Lord Hanuman, believed to be the protector of Ayodhya. It is located on a mound and requires an ascent of stairs.
  • Kanak Bhawan: A beautiful temple dedicated to Lord Rama and Goddess Sita, with exquisitely adorned idols. It is believed to have been a gift to Sita from Kaikeyi.
  • Sarayu River Aarti: Conclude your day with a peaceful aarti at the banks of the Sarayu River.
  • Morning (Ayodhya to Lucknow):On your final day, you will travel from Ayodhya to Lucknow (approximately 2.5 hours by road) to catch your return flight to Bangalore.
  • Shopping : After your spiritual tour and before your departure to Bangalore from Lucknow, you can certainly fit in some shopping at Hazratganj or Aminabad or Chowk, keeping in mind the time and traffic. Lucknow is famous for its intricate Chikankari embroidery, Zardozi work and the famous Lucknawi Ittar (perfumes).
