At Vasant Kamal Tours, we understand that sometimes plans change. However, as all travel arrangements involve advance payments to airlines, hotels, transporters, and other service providers, the following cancellation policy will apply.

 1. Flight Cancellation

• Air tickets are subject to airline cancellation rules.

• Refund amount will depend on airline policy at the time of cancellation.

• Airline convenience fee and service charges are non-refundable.

• In case of medical emergencies, refund will be processed only after submission of valid medical documents and airline approval.

 2. Hotel Cancellation

• 30 days or more before travel date: 10% cancellation charges.

• 15–29 days before travel date: 25% cancellation charges.

• 7–14 days before travel date: 50% cancellation charges.

• 3–6 days before travel date: 75% cancellation charges.

• Less than 72 hours or No Show: 100% cancellation charges.

(Note: If hotel policy differs, hotel’s cancellation policy will prevail.)

 3. Transport & Sightseeing

• Transport bookings once confirmed may attract 25%–100% cancellation charges depending on notice period.

• Same-day cancellation will be treated as No Show and no refund will be provided.

 4. Package Cancellation (Complete Tour)

• 30 days prior to departure: 10% of total package cost.

• 15–29 days prior: 30% of total package cost.

• 7–14 days prior: 50% of total package cost.

• Less than 7 days: 100% of total package cost.
  
  

   Darshan / Cruise / Special Entry Tickets

   

  • All Darshan bookings (VIP / Special Entry / Aarti passes) are 100% Non-Refundable once confirmed.

  • All Cruise bookings are 100% Non-Refundable once confirmed.

  • Any kind of entry tickets, event tickets, ferry tickets, ropeway tickets, safari tickets, or special activity tickets are 100% Non-Refundable.

  • No refund will be provided in case of cancellation, date change, postponement, or no-show.

  • Date change, if permitted by the authority, will be treated as fresh booking and subject to availability and fresh charges.

 5. Refund Process

• Refund will be processed within 15 – 30 working days after receiving confirmation from airlines/hotels.

• Refund will be credited to the original mode of payment.

• Service charges paid to Vasant Kamal Tours are non-refundable.

 Important Notes

• Peak season, festival period, and special fares may carry 100% non-refundable policy.

• Any refund is subject to receiving refund from respective service providers.

• Date change will be treated as cancellation and rebooking.
